The lessons presented in this blog should equip a person to be able to read and play chords on a keyboard (piano). There is no secret to becoming a skilled musician. It is one thing to read (or watch) a tutorial and another to develop a certain skill. One must practice EVERYDAY. So if you desire to be a good musician, set aside 15-30 minutes a day for practice. Let your hands get used to playing chords. Train your ears to listen and recognize chords as well. Then one day, you'll be playing your own music, creating it from your heart!
The lessons are conducted in the assumption that the reader is a novice. So we will start with...
- you learning how to play a major scale,
- building different chords,
- then then playing a chord progression
- then playing an entire song (intro, verse, chorus, outro)
- and work our way to music theories.
Note: Tutorials will gradually be added so be sure to check as often as you can.
